Lisa Kugan is the consummate marketing/sales professional. Having earned her degree in marketing from Northern Michigan University, she began a career that spanned radio stations and two advertising agencies (one of them, her own), planning and buying strategic media and creating targeted marketing materials to generate sales for such national clients as General Motors and AC Delco. Her move to South Florida in 2001, shifted her focus from the automotive industry to the marketing and sale of high-end luxury real estate, as she began working with Pascal Liguori in 2003.
A Premier Estate Properties Estate Agent, and this team’s Director of Client Services, Lisa systematically ensures that sellers’ properties receive maximum local, regional and global exposure through a proven program of multi-media marketing and special events. Growing up in South Florida gave Gabrielle Liguori-Crompton a true insider’s perspective on the real estate market. Growing up Liguori immersed her in the high-end real estate business. Armed with a BS Degree in Communication from the University of North Florida, sales experience with both a real estate agency and interior design group, mentored by a father and uncles consistently ranked among the Top 1000 Real Estate Professionals in the nation, Gabrielle joined the family business.
An accomplished Estate Agent with a unique skill set, Gabrielle brings a strong visual sense and new construction experience to the process of helping sellers reimagine a property for sale and buyers see its inherent possibilities. A skilled communicator, she listens carefully to each client’s needs, ensures smooth ongoing communication, artfully facilitates negotiation and contract preparation. Sandy Inshan began her 18-year career in real estate as a paralegal in New York, where she spent seven years working for an attorney who specialized in real estate contracts. From there, it was a natural progression to work directly for a real estate agency, where she became quite adept at managing everything from timelines, contract preparation and review to documentation for closings, short sales, even managing construction teams when needed.
Sandy moved to Florida in 2015 and joined the award-winning Pascal Liguori team as our Director of Administrative Services. A force behind the scenes, she is highly effective at overseeing the entire process. As such, Sandy provides our valued clients and our team with solid support to ensure that everything happens exactly as it should, every step of the way, in a timely fashion.
